Windsor.ai vs Funnel.io: the short answer

Windsor.ai sells monthly and annual plans sized by data sources and accounts, while Funnel (Funnel.io) shows annual plans sized in flexpoints. Windsor.ai Basic is $19 a month billed annually, or $23 on monthly billing, for 3 data sources, 75 accounts and every destination, as read on October 24, 2026. Funnel's pricing page carried no US-dollar figure, so Funnel's price is on its own page.

How Funnel sizes a plan in flexpoints

A flexpoint is Funnel's unit of purchased capacity. A connector such as Facebook Ads costs 50 flexpoints and a connected ad account costs 5. A visualization destination such as Looker Studio (Google now calls it Data Studio) or Google Sheets costs 150, and a warehouse destination such as BigQuery costs 300. Funnel's pricing page does not list how many flexpoints each plan includes.

Funnel says it does not charge by data volume, row counts or report types. Windsor.ai also prices without rows: its plans are sized by sources and accounts, not by data volume, and its sizing guide says campaigns, fields and rows are not counted. A data source is the platform, such as Meta Ads or Google Ads, and accounts are counted in one total across all sources. Windsor.ai pricing lists the limits plan by plan.

Destinations and export frequency

Funnel Starter lists 13 destinations and a daily export. Business lists 46 and exports every 2 hours. Business is also where Power BI and Tableau appear as reporting destinations, and BigQuery and Amazon S3 as cloud destinations, so a freelancer who needs BigQuery on Funnel starts at the second tier.

Windsor.ai includes every destination on every plan, BigQuery among them. Its scheduled sync is daily on Basic and hourly from Standard, which is $99 a month billed annually or $118 on monthly billing. Windsor.ai shows both billing views. Basic is $19 a month billed annually, with the year paid up front, or $23 on monthly billing. Standard is $99 billed annually or $118 monthly. Funnel's pricing page shows annual billing only, with no monthly-billed price, and prices agencies by quote, so no Funnel price sits beside Windsor.ai's here.

As an example count, 2 data sources and 20 accounts fit Basic, the smallest Windsor.ai plan that covers both numbers. More than 3 data sources moves the setup to Standard, and more than 75 accounts moves it to Plus.

Trials on both

Both vendors start with 30 days: Funnel as a free trial with no card required, Windsor.ai as extra capacity on a free account. Funnel's page lists no free plan.

Windsor.ai's Free card is a 30-day free trial period with 10 data sources, 15 accounts and 5 destination tasks, and its answers page says you are never asked for a credit card. After the 30 days comes a Forever Free plan of 1 data source and 1 account, with the Terms saying trial access ends.

Windsor.ai refunds nothing, prepaid monthly fees included, under section 5 of its Terms. If annual-only billing rules Funnel out, Funnel.io alternatives lists six connectors with monthly billing.
