Windsor.ai free plan: what the first 30 days include

Yes, Windsor.ai is free to start. Its pricing page lists a 30-day free trial period with 1 user, 10 data sources, 15 accounts and 5 destination tasks, then a Forever Free plan, with the Terms saying trial access ends.

That is a free account with extra capacity for its first 30 days, not a trial of a paid plan. Windsor.ai's answers page says you are never asked for a credit card. A referral adds 2 weeks, and the friend gets 2 weeks too.

A destination task is a scheduled load of one table into a destination such as Google Sheets or BigQuery.

What the Forever Free plan keeps after day 30

Windsor.ai's pricing card lists Forever Free as 1 user, 1 data source and 1 account, and its FAQ and answers page add 5 destination tasks, 30 days of history and no scheduled-sync backfills.

The answers page says the account steps down without a charge and is not switched off. Sources and accounts above the free limit are paused, not deleted, and you choose which stay active. A backfill loads older history into a destination table.

Windsor.ai's pricing page lists up to 10 years of data history in its all-plans list, but its Free card limits history to 30 days and its answers page gives 10 years to paid plans only, so the free plan reaches back 30 days.

What the Terms say about the end of a trial

Section 4 of Windsor.ai's Terms of Service, updated October 7, 2026, says that once a free trial period ends, access to the Service will terminate. The pricing and answers pages describe the Forever Free plan instead. The two statements conflict.

When the free plan stops being enough

Windsor.ai's Facebook Ads connector page says two sources in one report need a paid plan after the first 30 days. Backfills start on Basic, and hourly syncs start on Standard.

Basic is the first paid plan: $19 a month billed annually, with the year paid up front, or $23 on monthly billing, as read on October 24, 2026. It allows 3 data sources, 75 accounts and 5 destination tasks. The Terms say all sales are final. Windsor.ai pricing lists every plan.
