✓ Freelancers and small agencies that connect the same few platforms for many client accounts
✓ Teams that want Looker Studio, Sheets and BigQuery from one subscription
✓ Teams that add clients often and want a shared account total with unlimited users
✓ Buyers comparing a per-source account limit with a shared account pool
— Teams whose data is only Google Ads and GA4, where Google connectors and the native BigQuery export may be enough
— Teams that need more than 14 data sources or 500 accounts without an Enterprise quote
— Owners who want a standalone reporting app rather than data sent to Looker Studio, Sheets or a warehouse
— One-off reports where a manual export is quicker than a subscription
Windsor.ai review: what the vendor's pages show
Windsor.ai is a no-code connector that pulls advertising, analytics, CRM and e-commerce data from more than 350 sources, according to its pricing page, and sends it to destinations such as Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI and BigQuery. This review reads the vendor's own pricing page, destination pages, help articles and terms of service, dated October 24, 2026. Source counts, customer totals and testimonials on those pages are the vendor's own statements and are labeled that way here.
The finding that matters most is the meter. Windsor.ai limits the number of data sources, such as Facebook Ads or GA4, and the total number of accounts across all of them. It does not limit destinations: the pricing page says every plan includes all data sources and destinations. The bill therefore follows how many platforms and client accounts you connect, not where the data lands.
What every plan includes, according to the pricing page
- All data sources and destinations on every plan, with no premium connectors, including BigQuery, Google Sheets, Looker Studio and Excel.
- Unlimited users on paid plans, so teammates can be invited from the app.
- External authentication: a link that lets a client connect a data source under your account without sharing credentials.
- Windsor MCP access, for asking an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT about your connected data.
- Live chat support and no setup or onboarding fees.
- History of up to 10 years on the all-plans list, while the free trial limits history to the past 30 days.
Limits to weigh before you commit
- Accounts are one shared pool. Basic and Standard both list 75 accounts, so a fourth data source moves you from Basic to Standard, while the 76th account moves you to Plus. The pricing page counts 10 Google Business Profile locations as one account.
- Basic allows 5 destination tasks, each one table refreshed once a day, and each backfill counts as one of them. Unlimited destination tasks and hourly refresh start at Standard.
- The free trial runs 30 days with 10 data sources and 15 accounts. The Forever Free plan afterward lists 1 data source and 1 account, and the terms of service say access ends when a free trial ends, so confirm which applies to your account.
- Annual plans are paid up front. Canceling stops renewal but does not refund the remaining months, and the FAQ says there is no pause option.
- API requests are limited to 600 per minute and 10,000 per day.
- The BigQuery and Looker Studio destination pages mention volume-based event pricing, while the pricing page sets plans by data sources and accounts. The pricing guide records both.
Where Windsor.ai fits and where it does not
Windsor.ai fits freelancers and small agencies that connect the same few platforms for many client accounts, and teams that want Looker Studio, Sheets and BigQuery from one subscription. A pooled account count and unlimited users also suit a team that adds clients often.
It is a weaker fit when the data is already Google data. Google's own connector catalog covers Google Analytics and Google Ads for Looker Studio, and a GA4 property can export to BigQuery natively. It also fits poorly when you need more than 14 data sources or 500 accounts without an Enterprise quote, or when one account on one platform is the whole job and a free tier covers it.
How to read the vendor's claims
Customer totals differ between Windsor.ai's own pages, for example 19,000 and 25,000 businesses, and the comparison pages are written by the vendor to favor itself. Treat them as claims. Testimonials and results on vendor pages are endorsements, and the FTC's endorsement guides in 16 CFR Part 255 are the US rules for how advertisers present them, which is why each figure here is labeled with its owner.

The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on Windsor.ai pricing page, Windsor.ai terms of service, Windsor.ai Google BigQuery destination page, Windsor.ai Data Studio and Looker Studio destination page. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. Other cited records provide additional context. A different publisher or a research, regulatory or certification label does not by itself establish independence, relevance or product validation.
