✓ Freelancers and small agencies that connect the same few platforms for many client accounts
✓ Teams that want Looker Studio, Sheets and BigQuery from one subscription
✓ Teams that add clients often and want a shared account total with unlimited users
✓ Buyers comparing a per-source account limit with a shared account pool
— Teams whose data is only Google Ads and GA4, where Google connectors and the native BigQuery export may be enough
— Teams that need more than 14 data sources or 500 accounts without an Enterprise quote
— Owners who want a standalone reporting app rather than data sent to Looker Studio, Sheets or a warehouse
— One-off reports where a manual export is quicker than a subscription
Windsor.ai pricing: the bill follows sources and accounts
Windsor.ai's pricing page sets plans by two counts: data sources and accounts. A data source is a platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads or GA4. An account is one advertising, analytics or CRM account inside a platform, and the limit is the maximum across all sources together. The page's own example for the Basic plan is 25 Google Ads accounts, 25 Facebook Ads accounts and 25 Microsoft Ads accounts, which makes 75 accounts across three data sources.
The page has a monthly view and an annual view. This guide leaves the amounts to the live page because they differ by view and can change. It was read on October 24, 2026, together with the vendor's terms of service and its BigQuery help article. Destinations are not counted: every plan includes all of them.
Plan limits from the vendor's pricing page
- Free: a 30-day trial with 1 user, 10 data sources, 15 accounts, 5 destination tasks and a 30-day history limit. After the trial, the Forever Free plan lists 1 data source and 1 account.
- Basic: unlimited users, 3 data sources, 75 accounts, unlimited syncs to Looker Studio and Power BI, 5 destination tasks and a daily scheduled sync.
- Standard: 7 data sources, 75 accounts, unlimited destination tasks and a daily or hourly scheduled sync.
- Plus: everything in Standard with 10 data sources and 200 accounts.
- Professional: everything in Plus with 14 data sources, 500 accounts, auto-add of all accounts for agencies and a sync as often as every 15 minutes.
- Enterprise: a quote, up to 200 data sources and 50,000 accounts, invoice payment, a dedicated account manager, custom connector development and single sign-on.
Size a plan with a three-step count
Step one: list the platforms you pull from. Each is a data source, and the source count sets the first limit: up to 3 for Basic, 7 for Standard, 10 for Plus and 14 for Professional. Step two: count accounts. Each client's Meta ad account, Google Ads account and GA4 property is one account, and the total is checked against 75, 200 or 500. Step three: take the higher rung of the two.
Worked examples from the published limits: 12 clients with Meta Ads, Google Ads and GA4 make 36 accounts across 3 sources, which fits Basic. The same 12 clients with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads added make 60 accounts across 5 sources, so the source count calls for Standard. 25 clients on 4 platforms make 100 accounts across 4 sources, and the account count calls for Plus. For a cost per account, divide the live amount for that rung by your account count, using the billing view you will actually pay on.
Billing terms, fees and renewal to read before you pay
- Upgrades are prorated: you get a credit for the unused time and pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, according to the pricing FAQ, and the terms of service say a renewable subscription renews at the end of each period unless you terminate it.
- There is no pause option. Canceling a monthly plan ends it at the end of the period, and canceling an annual plan stops renewal without refunding the remaining months.
- Switching between monthly and annual billing turns unused time into an account credit that is applied to future invoices.
- A failed payment is retried up to 8 times over 30 days. Cards are processed through Stripe, and manual invoicing is limited to Enterprise.
- There are no setup or onboarding fees.
Where Windsor.ai's own pages disagree
Two points need a check before you rely on them. First, the BigQuery and Looker Studio destination pages describe volume-based event pricing, while the pricing page sets plans by data sources and accounts and says every plan includes all destinations. Second, the BigQuery help article says hourly or daily schedules are available on Standard plans and above, while the pricing page lists a daily scheduled sync on Basic and hourly from Standard.
The pricing page is the more specific of the two. If your case depends on either point, ask the vendor's live chat and keep the answer in writing.
How other connectors meter the same accounts
- Supermetrics: accounts per data source, with one core destination on its first two plans. The comparison works through an example.
- Coupler.io: a total number of accounts and a number of destinations by plan.
- Porter Metrics: a charge per connected account, with no stated cap on the number of accounts.
- Dataslayer: connectors and accounts per connector.
- Funnel: capacity points that cover connectors, accounts and destinations. The shortlist sets all six side by side.
The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on Windsor.ai pricing page, Windsor.ai terms of service, Windsor.ai documentation, How to integrate data into Google BigQuery, Windsor.ai Google BigQuery destination page. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. Other cited records provide additional context.
