Field noteWho Ads Data Desk is for
Ads Data Desk is an independent guide for PPC freelancers, small agencies and in-house marketers who pull Meta, Google Ads and GA4 numbers into Google Sheets, Looker Studio or BigQuery. It asks what it costs to keep ad data flowing as accounts grow, and which connector is cheapest for your number of accounts. Everything here is read from vendor pages, help articles and terms, plus Google's documentation, dated October 24, 2026. Start with the Windsor.ai pricing guide or go straight to the Facebook Ads to BigQuery steps.
Field noteWhere Windsor.ai fits and where it does not
Windsor.ai is a no-code connector that limits data sources and a shared account total, and includes every destination on every plan. It can suit a team that manages many client accounts across a few platforms and wants Looker Studio, Sheets and BigQuery from one subscription. It fits less well when the data is only Google data, or when one account on one platform is the whole job. The review covers the limits, and Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics sets it beside a tool that limits accounts per data source.
Field noteCount sources and accounts before you compare connectors
Connectors meter different things: data sources, accounts per source, a shared account total, connected accounts or capacity points. The same set of clients costs differently under each, and the free tiers differ. The best Looker Studio connectors guide sorts six vendors by what they meter, and what is Windsor.ai explains how the lead tool works.
Field noteHow these pages are sourced
Plan facts come from each vendor's own pages and are dated, because plans, limits and meters change. Where a vendor page is silent, the guide says the page does not state it. Vendor results and customer figures are the vendors' own claims and are labeled that way, in line with the FTC's endorsement guides. For amounts, each guide points to the vendor's live pricing page, because billing views and prices change. Google's documentation for Looker Studio, BigQuery and Google Analytics shapes the setup advice. This is not legal advice, and results depend on your own accounts.
