Is Windsor.ai legit: who runs it

Windsor.ai is run by Windsor Group AG, the contracting company named in its Terms of Service. Its contact page gives an office in Baar, Switzerland, and its answers page says it was founded in 2017 and is based in Switzerland.

Its Terms apply Swiss law and seat any arbitration in Zurich. The Free plan costs $0, and the first paid plan, Basic, is $19 a month billed annually or $23 on monthly billing, as read on October 24, 2026.

Is Windsor.ai safe: security and data claims

Windsor.ai says Windsor Group AG completed a SOC 2 Type II audit by Prescient Assurance, and its pricing FAQ says the service is GDPR compliant. Its privacy statement names Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. These are Windsor.ai's own statements. This is not legal advice on GDPR or data processing.

On data it keeps, the security page says connector memory holds data for up to 24 hours and disk cache is deleted after 20 days without access. Windsor.ai also says it keeps customers' access tokens so it can fetch data on your schedule, does not use customer data to train AI models, and hosts its servers in a data center in Germany.

According to the pricing page, a client can connect an account through an authorization link without sharing a password. In Claude, Windsor.ai says the assistant only sees the accounts and sources you authorize.

Billing terms to read before paying

Windsor.ai's Terms say all sales are final and it will not issue refunds, including for prepaid monthly fees. With an automatic recurring payment, the Terms make ending it your responsibility. Its pricing FAQ says plans renew automatically, an annual plan's full year is paid up front, and canceling does not refund the remaining months.

Warning: canceling a subscription deletes the account's historical data, so copy out what you need first. There is no pause option, and there are no setup or onboarding fees.

Reliability and where to read reviews

Windsor.ai's pricing page says the preview cache refreshes every 6 hours and the API allows 600 requests a minute and 10,000 a day, and its answers page says scheduled destination tasks run daily on Basic and hourly from Standard.
