LinkedIn Ads to Looker Studio integration: what you need
Connect LinkedIn Ads to Looker Studio (Google now calls it Data Studio) with a partner connector. Google's own marketing connectors are for its own products, from Google Ads and Google Analytics to Search Console, and its catalog lists no LinkedIn Ads connector. Windsor.ai's page lists three prerequisites: a LinkedIn Ads account, a Google account for Data Studio and an active Windsor.ai account.
Windsor.ai's LinkedIn page names no ad account role. LinkedIn's role table lists five ad account roles, and all five can view campaign performance. If the ad account was added to Business Manager, LinkedIn says access is managed there.

Try Windsor.ai →Step 1: choose LinkedIn Ads and grant access
In Windsor.ai, choose LinkedIn Ads as your data source and grant access to Windsor.ai. LinkedIn Ads counts as one Windsor.ai data source however many client ad accounts you add, and Windsor.ai tells an agency to add each client account separately.
Google's connector list also has an Upload CSV files connector. A file you upload there stays fixed until you upload a new one, so it suits a one-off report, not a live one.
Step 2: pick the fields and Data Studio as the destination
Choose the LinkedIn Ads fields on the right side and preview the data before you export it. Windsor.ai's LinkedIn Ads connector lists 87 metrics and 150 dimensions. Then pick Data Studio from the destination list, authorize your account to install the connector, select the LinkedIn Ads accounts, and click Connect, then Create Report.
Windsor.ai says all data from its connectors arrives in the account currency, which matters when client ad accounts bill in different currencies.
Step 3: refresh and share the report
Data Studio sets its own refresh timing, Windsor.ai says, so confirm auto-refresh is on under Edit Connection. Google's freshness table gives community connectors no fixed rate: it reads Varies. Anyone viewing or editing can refresh by hand, at most once a minute.
For client reports, pick Owner's credentials: Google says the report then uses the data source owner's access, so a client can read it without LinkedIn Ads access of their own.
Adding LinkedIn to a Facebook and Google setup
Example: an agency reports Facebook Ads, Google Ads and GA4 for 25 clients and adds LinkedIn Ads for all of them, so 100 accounts on four platforms.
Windsor.ai counts each platform once as a data source and every account in one total, so that is 4 sources and 100 accounts. Standard stops at 75 accounts, and Windsor.ai's rule is to pick the smallest plan whose limits cover both numbers. That plan is Plus. Basic's 3 data sources are too few once LinkedIn Ads is the fourth platform.
| Tool | Meter | At 100 accounts |
|---|---|---|
| Windsor.ai | 4 sources, one account total | Plus: $249 a month billed annually, $299 on monthly billing |
| Porter Metrics | Each connected account | $2.70 each in the 100 to 109 tier, monthly billing |
| Coupler.io | Accounts and destinations | Pro covers 50; extra accounts $5.99 monthly, $4.49 annual |
| Supermetrics | Accounts per data source | Growth lists 7; price on its page |
Windsor.ai's own sizing guide gives a similar case: 25 clients on three platforms plus 5 on LinkedIn Ads is 4 sources and 80 accounts, which needs Plus. A free Windsor.ai account has a 30-day free trial period with 10 data sources, so LinkedIn Ads can sit beside other sources while you build the report. It then moves to a Forever Free plan of 1 data source and 1 account, with the Terms saying trial access ends.
Windsor.ai counts LinkedIn Ads as one data source for all your clients, and the best Looker Studio connectors guide sorts the options by account limits. Windsor.ai pricing lists every plan. For the Facebook half, see how to connect Facebook Ads to Looker Studio.
