What is Windsor.ai?
Windsor.ai is a data integration service for marketers and analysts. It connects to advertising, analytics, CRM and e-commerce platforms, collects their data and delivers it to a spreadsheet, a reporting tool, a data warehouse or an AI assistant. Its home page calls it a no-code data integration platform, and its pricing page lists more than 350 data sources.
It is a pipe, not a report builder. The charts and dashboards are made in the destination, for example Looker Studio, Power BI or Google Sheets. This page was written from the vendor's home page, pricing page, help articles and comparison page, read on October 24, 2026, and every count it quotes is the vendor's own.
How data moves through Windsor.ai
- Connect a data source and authorize it. Facebook Ads, for example, calls for a Business Manager account with management permissions.
- Select the accounts to pull from, then the fields and filters to keep.
- Choose a destination. Looker Studio uses Windsor.ai's connector, Google Sheets uses an add-on, and databases and warehouses such as BigQuery use a destination task with a project, dataset and table.
- Set a schedule. The pricing page lists a daily scheduled sync on Basic, daily or hourly from Standard and a 15-minute sync on Professional.
- Optionally send a client an authorization link, so they connect their own account under yours without sharing a password.
Terms the pricing page uses
- Data source: the platform where data is generated, such as Facebook Ads, GA4 or Google Ads. Plans cap how many you can connect.
- Account: one advertising, analytics or CRM account inside a platform. Plans cap the total across all data sources.
- Destination task: a scheduled sync of one table into a destination such as Google Sheets or BigQuery. Basic allows 5 active tasks.
- Backfill: loading historical data into a table. It is available on paid plans, and on Basic each backfill counts as a scheduled sync.
- Windsor MCP: a connection that lets an AI assistant query your connected data.
What Windsor.ai is not
It does not replace the destination. You still need Looker Studio, Sheets or another tool to see the numbers, and Looker Studio is Google's product. It does not remove the work of choosing fields and checking that totals match the ad platform.
Its data comes through each platform's own interface, so completeness is bounded by the platform. The vendor's comparison page says history reaches back as far as each platform's API allows.
How Windsor.ai is priced, in brief
The pricing page sets plans by the number of data sources and the total number of accounts, and says every plan includes all data sources and destinations. It lists a 30-day free trial, a Forever Free plan, four paid plans and an Enterprise quote. Amounts sit on the vendor's live page, which has monthly and annual views. The pricing guide shows how to count your own sources and accounts against each limit.
Who it suits, and when to skip it
- It suits freelancers, agencies and in-house teams that connect the same few platforms for many accounts and want several destinations from one subscription.
- Skip it if your data is only Google data. Google's connector catalog lists Google Analytics and Google Ads for Looker Studio, and a GA4 property can export to BigQuery natively.
- Skip it if one report a month is the whole job, because a manual export may take less effort than a subscription.
- Next, read the review for limits, the pricing guide to count accounts, or the Facebook Ads to BigQuery steps.
