Dataslayer shows yearly figures of $35 a month for Starter, $115 for Advanced and $345 for Pro, each billed annually. Its monthly-billing prices come from the page's own data: Starter is $39 a month on monthly billing (from Dataslayer's page data).
Starter allows 3 connectors, 1 user and 3 accounts per connector. Advanced allows 7 connectors, 10 users and 50 accounts per connector. Pro allows 10 connectors, unlimited users and 100 accounts per connector.
Extras are sold per connector (+$35 on the monthly view, +$29 on the yearly view), per account (+$15, +$13) and per user (+$35, +$29), each with a cap, from Dataslayer's page data. Upgrades apply at once with only the prorated difference paid; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle.
BigQuery rows and core destinations
Dataslayer splits destinations in two. Core destinations are Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio (Google now calls it Data Studio) and Power BI, with unlimited rows on every paid plan. Enterprise destinations, which include BigQuery, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift and Amazon S3, carry monthly row limits: 5,000 on Starter, 100,000 on Advanced and 2 million on Pro. Each plan includes one destination, and bundling two takes 10% off, three or more 15%.
Windsor.ai includes every destination on every plan, and its sizing guide says paid plans have unlimited rows with no charge for data volume. Its plans are sized by sources and accounts, not by data volume; Windsor.ai pricing explains the point. For a BigQuery load, Dataslayer Starter stops at 5,000 rows a month where Windsor.ai states no cap. The Google Ads BigQuery connector guide covers that route.
Refresh and users
Dataslayer Starter refreshes daily, Advanced and Pro hourly, and Pro adds custom hours. Starter has 1 user, Advanced 10 and Pro unlimited. Hourly refresh starts at Advanced, $115 a month billed annually, with 7 connectors and 50 accounts per connector.
Windsor.ai is daily on Basic and hourly from Standard, $99 a month billed annually, with 7 data sources and 75 accounts. Users are unlimited on every paid plan. Standard is the plan to set beside Advanced, because both start hourly refresh.
Free plans and trials
Dataslayer's trial runs 15 days with no credit card. After it, the account drops to a forever-Free plan with 1 connector, 1 user, 1 account and 1 manual refresh a day, with any one core destination. A new Windsor.ai account gets 30 days of extra capacity: 10 data sources, 15 accounts and 5 destination tasks. After that comes a Forever Free plan of 1 data source and 1 account, with the Terms saying trial access ends.
Dataslayer's pricing page shows no refund line. Windsor.ai vs Power My Analytics sets another rival beside Windsor.ai.
